Last Holocaust Auschwitz Death Camp Survivor Dies in Poland

The last person to survive the unthinkable horrors that occurred during the Holocaust at Auschwitz's death camp, has died at the age of 108. According to the Huffington Post, Antoni Dobrowolski was a resident of Warsaw, Poland at the time of his death. He was one of the few who lived to tell of the gruesome things that occurred at the death camp. More than 1 million women, men, and children were murdered at the hands of the Nazi's in this camp alone; they will never be forgotten.

She's Buried Chest High- Overwhelming Video

This video takes a deep, interesting look at Sharia Law and human rights abuses. Interesting; and equally overwhelming.

What Humanity Wants

I seen this and believe it really speaks for what humanity as a whole ultimately wants; peace and justice for all. When you turn on the news, look at the world around you, or your own circumstances you see that the world is headed into the opposite direction and will only worsen over time. We do have the power to change this and it starts with each and every one of us; we're all in the race for humanity.

October: Domestic Violence Awareness

Every single day in the U.S, at least three women are killed at the hands of their boyfriends or husbands as a result of domestic violence, according to domesticviolencestatistics.org. The site also notes that every year, 10 million children see domestic violence take place in their homes, which in turn directly effects their outlook and role in future relationships. These statistics are alarming. Awareness of domestic violence is not limited to the month of October; this is a deeper issue in which we should all pay attention to in an effort to stop it.

Chances are you know someone who is or has been a victim of domestic violence. Reach out to that person, assist in any way that you can. Whatever you do, do not be silent about the issue. Many women are embarrassed as they thought "this would never happen to me." I, myself, was a victim of domestic violence and thought the same thing. Change happens when you break the cycle of abuse. Do your part to stop this violence.
